The Firefly Bridge™ Makes Corrections

Feeling the Heat, TFB?

Facebook Scam Check provides up-to-date news. When the facts change, we change. We're here to tell you that The Firefly Bridge™ has, presumably, found either our blog or other sources of common sense. They have corrected several giveaways and amended text in the last 12 hours.

First, as pictured above, the source has now changed. The form actually will submit your size now.

Second, the hidden text has been amended to say t-shirt orders will be submitted after only 200,000 submissions and shipping costs are, as we earlier conjectured, "afforded by survey completion".

As of 3:00 PM EST, 1/12/2010, the survey page redirected to Environmental Graffiti. As of 3:08 PM EST, the homepage redirected to Environmental Graffiti as well. Screenshots are available, and if the situation changes we will upload those screenshots. However, for now, you can see this redirection for yourself. You too can learn about how kids could have prevented wildfires.

Thankfully, (for now) The Firefly Bridge™ decided to redirect to a clean, safe website that doesn't harm its viewers computer.

  1. Another thing that is shady is if you click "claim my t-shirt" without entering any information, you get an error message saying that you left some required fields blank... Reasonable enough, until you look at which fields are required, name and e-mail... It doesn't say anything about shipping address or size, just name and e-mail
